Syrian Gas Attack: Assad or False Flag?

Western Media and Governments immediately blamed Assad even though there was no evidence and Assad had nothing to gain and everything to lose from the attack. The timing of the incident seems to suggest that Assad would have to be insane to do it the day before peace talks which would have been favorable for him.
