Last weekend, the U.S. intelligence community leaked information ranging from President Donald Trump and three of his advisers admitting to treason on tape, to Rudy Giuliani seeking to make a deal with the FBI against Trump.
Now, things are getting even juicier.
According to the Palmer Report, there is talk that GOP House and Senate leaders Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell are also thought to be guilty of colluding with Russia. These claims come from two credible sources who have a history of being accurate. One source is Claude Taylor, who was a White House staffer under former President Bill Clinton.
On Monday, Taylor posted to Twitter that he is “Starting to hear chatter that there are intercepts w/ Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell discussing funneling illegal Russian money into campaign.” He also stressed that this is just “chatter,” not sourced, and that this information has not been confirmed.

The other political pundit, ImpeachAgentOrangsky, who has also been proven reliable on her sources, posted to Twitter saying, “WOW. According to anonymous intel sources Ryan & McConnell are on tape talking about laundering Russian money thru Super Pacs.”
Many of these type of Trump/Russia connections have later proven to be true, from Paul Manafort to Michael Flynn to Carter Page. This is definitely a huge game changer.
It’s also worth noting that the Russian Ambassador and a GRU from Russia have already verified that they were in attendance at the Republican National Convention and communicated with several of Trump’s top staffers.
It is very hard to believe that with GOP leaders like Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell in attendance, that they were unaware of what was going on. At the time of the convention, Carter Page was under surveillance by FISA which means that any person who was involved was likely picked up on surveillance as well.
Since the investigation into Trump’s ties to Russia has begun, the leaks have been trickling in very slowly, but this weekend it started raining. You know what they say: When it rains, it pours.
